FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What types of payment do you accept?
All major credit cards are accepted (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).

How do you ship and what are the shipping charges?
We charge a flat rate of $9.95 per order for standard UPS delivery within the continental United States.  Please note, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.  Separate orders are required when shipping to multiple addresses.  For expedited shipping, please call your Engis customer service representative at 800.99.ENGIS (800-993-6447).

What do you do if an item is backordered?
We will contact you if an item is on backorder.

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax will be charged when shipping to Alabama, California, Illinois and New York.  For tax exempt orders, please call your Engis customer service representative at 800.99.ENGIS (800-993-6447).

How can I cancel an order?
Orders may be canceled before they enter the shipping process.  Please contact your Engis customer service rep at 800.99.ENGIS (800-993-6447).

What should I do if I have a problem with my order?

Do you accept returns?
Returns may be made within 90 days of receiving the merchandise.  Returns must be approved by Engis customer service and accompanied by an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number.  Items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items should be new, with no quality issues and in saleable condition.
  • Items should be in original packaging with instruction manual, internal packaging and all accessories in saleable condition.
  • A copy of the original invoice should be included.

Return freight is the responsibility of the customer.  Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time you ship your return to us to process your refund, credit your charge card or handle your exchange.  We recommend that you insure items being returned.

What should I do if my goods are damaged?
Items damaged in shipping must be reported by the customer immediately to the carrier for inspection, and Engis customer service at 800.99.ENGIS (800-993-6447).  Original packaging materials must be retained.

What if I find defects in my goods?
Please report any defective items to Engis customer service immediately upon receipt.  Defective items must be reported within 14 days.

What should I do if items are missing from my order?
Please report any missing items to Engis customer service immediately upon receipt of shipment.  Missing items must be reported within 14 days.

What is Engis' Pricing Policy?
Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice.  Errors will be corrected when discovered and Engis reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.  If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Engis will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.  Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.  If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with Engis' Return Policy.
